The apartment is fully cleaned with fresh bed linen, towels etc, prior to stay.

Cots and bedding can be arranged for infants.

Bookings/reservations must be confirmed with a 25% deposit (non refundable) within 5 working days by way of electronic bank transfer or secure online credit card payment. Full payment to made up on arrival at the flat in Rocca di Papa.

Security deposit: A security deposit of €300 is required on arrival and the balance will be refunded on departure.

Additional winter fuel charge: For winter stays there is an additional fee for fuel consumption - €7 per day.

An airport transfer service is available on request from both Fiumicino and Ciampino.
